Hi @,i’ve a problem with out of office, there is a user that continue to receive daily this mail “Reminder Please Turn Off your Out Of Office Agent”
but on the user agent the out of office are disable…what can i check?

Hi,
Open the mailbox with your Lotus Designer client. Look at the “Agents” view and see if the agent is really disabled.

already done, the agent are disabled but the user every day receive this message!

Another question: what kind of out-of-office is used? Is out of office configured as a Agent of as a Service. You can check this in the configuration document of the server → Router/SMTP → Advaced → Controls.
Try also to run “Tell Amgr Schedule” command on the server console and see if you see an agent running for that user.

Ok with command tell amgr schedule i discover that there is a schedule for this user but it refer to old archive database![1648:0002-164C] S S 04:03 PM Today OutOfOffice|OutOfOffice OLD\mbaroli2011.nsf
How can i do for kill it?

Subject: disable the agent in the old db
browse to and open OLD\mbaroli2011.nsf on the server, open in designer, view agents and disable it.
Subject: re disable agent
you can disable it by using following command:Tell Amgr Cancel “db name” ‘agent name’
Tell Amgr Cancel “old\mbaroli2011.nsf” ‘OutOfOffice’ should do the trick.
