Relay restrictions

Hello… i am havin a litle problem making my mail server work… in SMTP inbound control i mark * for “Deny messages to be sent to the following external internet domains: (* means all)” when i do this i´ll get the error "Attempt to relay mail to myemail@mydomain.com rejected for policy reasons. Relays to recipient’s domain denied in your configuration"What am i doing wrong??

after denying all you should allow some, for example in “Allow messages only from the following internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains:” field

the problem is that i want to allow mail to be sent to the domain but i also want to make sure that the server isn´t used to relay through.If i recall correctly these settings vere marked with * to deny all relay through the server!! am i wrong in that ??

For relaying message, you can use “Inbound Relay Enforcement”. With this configuration, then using MS Outlook to send email by SMTP:Inbound Relay Enforcement

Perform Anti-Relay enforcement for these connecting hosts: External hosts

Exclude these connecting hosts from anti-relay checks:

Exceptions for authenticated users: Allow all authenticated users to relay
