Relay host for messages leaving the local internet domain & port

Is there any way to specify port number for the relay host for messages leaving the local internet domain.

Our ISP requires authentication on their relay on port 25 (which can not be used by Domino) but provides a relay without authentication on port 250

I have tried:

whithout success.

Any help will be appreciated,

Have you tried using square brackets, i.e., [123.456.789.001:250]
