There is just plain more that you can do with the C API than with the LotusScript or Java APIs, so whenever you want to do something that you can’t do in LS or Java you have to drop to the C API (or tell your customer that you can’t do what he wants).

AS STAN SUGGEST, THAT THERE ARE SOME CASES WHERE THE REQUIREMENT IS BEYOND OF LOTUS OR JAVA, THEN WE WRITE IN C

Thinking about a question twice before posting and making it understandable is sometimes even more helpful then shouting out loud whatever flooded your mind, my hot-blooded friend.
If you cannot think about a use case for the C API now and reading the documentation didn’t get you any further, why do you even bother? If on the other hand the reason you ask is, that you have to decide, what language /API to learn next, you might get different answers.
