Subject: Reinstalling Server 2003
backup all notes files (program directory, data directory).
reinstall win2003 server, reinstall domino server to the same paths like it was installed before your operatingsystem reinstall.
replace the programm/data directories of the newly installed domino server with the backup data.
ensure that domino server runs as a service (if you wish)

Thank you , so there is no big deal about this
Do you know how long will it take time?
Then I think i should be able to do it on my own

Not considering the amozunt of time you need to copy away the domino files to create the backup it should take you about 10 minutes of time
