i want to build regular expression for the following coditions
it is telephone number validation
1)check whether first digit is or not ,
2)it shoud 0-9,
3)it should allow spaces,(), ‘,’
and first sign should be +
please help me in this regards

Your explanation isn’t all that clear - but basically look at the @matches formula which should give you everything you need (search the forum for it also there are lots of examples)
