Registration template used on Notes.net Site

Dear all,

I have downloaded the Registration template used on Notes.net Site form the Sandbox at this link :

I have configured everything following the user guide given.

But, when I opened the application, the form cannot work, something like the link is missing.

For example, when I opened the form Reg Choice, the button register cannot work or open the next form ,Regie1.

Do I need to create the link for each form? anybody has the same problem as me…help???

Do you get an actual error message? Remember everyone else on this forum cannot see you screen and most are not psychic, to get help you need to post more details.
