Registration error

I recently posted that our web registration database stopped working. here is an error message that I found in the duh “error message” field. Any help would be appreciated:

“Notes error: You do not have a mail file/server specified. Use File Mobile Edit Current Location… to set them., Error Number: 4000, at line number 29”
