RegisterNewUser Error

I have copied the code from developer help and changed what I needed to in order to register a new user on my Development server, see below:

reg.RegistrationServer = “Development”

reg.CreateMailDb = False

reg.CertifierIDFile = "c:\lotus\Domino\data\cert.id"

reg.Expiration = dt

reg.NoIDFile=True

reg.IDType = ID_HIERARCHICAL

reg.MinPasswordLength = 5         ' password strength

reg.IsNorthAmerican = False

reg.OrgUnit = "MyOrg"

reg.RegistrationLog = "log.nsf"

reg.SynchInternetPassword=True

reg.UpdateAddressBook = True

reg.StoreIDInAddressBook = False



Call  reg.RegisterNewUser("Bobson", "c:\lotus\Domino\data\bobb.id", "CN=Development/O=SFWS", "Bob", "", "somepassword", "Glasgow", "Test User", "mail\bobb.nsf", "", "1234password", 174, "", "")

Whenever I run this I get to the call reg.registernewuser and then get the error: “Required Registration Argument Not Provided”

I have completed every available option (not as above, but in testing I did) and get this error every time. No user is created.

What am I doing wrong?

Subject: RegisterNewUser Error - Solution

In case anyone is interested, I did the following to get it to work (obvious or not)

Removed:

reg.NoIDFile=True

Changed:

reg.OrgUnit = “MyOrg”

To

reg.OrgUnit = “”

and changed

reg.CertifierIDFile = “c:\lotus\Domino\data\cert.id”

to a path which was on my local machine, which was running the agent. I thought the CertID path was where the ID was on the server.

Now working.
