Registering Directory Links

We use directory links in our environment by creating .dir files on the os filesystem. We never had any problems with this in R5, and in R6 it appears to be working, but we are seeing some errors on the domino console:

Unable to register directory link A5580D. Directory link /ndd/A5580D for path /cdd/A5580D already exists. Please remove one of the duplicate links.

I’ve confirmed that we do not have two .dir files or anything like that. Does anyone know what this error might mean?

This is a standard R6 install, not an xSP server (or whatever it’s called) with hosted organizations.

Jon,We are having the same problem. Everything works fine, but we get errors posted to the log??? I am sure this is simply a “bug” that needs to be addressed.
