Registering a user

Hi,

I am trying to register a user via the CA process.

I have selected to register the user on the server which the CA process is running, however when I click the “Use CA Process” the drop down list for CA Configured certifiers says “(None Available)”.

Could you please let me know how I can select a certifier.

Did you setup the CA process and register the certificates which you want to use? and are you registered as a registration authority with this certifier?

Erika,

There are steps you need to take in order to set up CA. First of all, make sure that you enter the CA task in your CA server’s notes.ini ServerTasks line. Secondly, you will need all the certifiers that you use, and their respective passwords. Go into Domino administrator, go to the configuration tab, and under certification, click on Migrate cerfier. Click on the Select cerfier button, and select the first certifier you want to put into CA. Follow the prompts. Do this for every cerfier in your Domain. You can give certain individual certain certifier access. Please let me know if you need further help. Thanks!
