I have a problem when users enter a currency.
The normal format with currencies here is e.g. 1,000.00 to represent 1000 but we are getting problems. I think it is due to regional settings.
Am I right?
Is there any way to check whether the settings on a user’s pc are correct?
Any suggestions please?

Check the second tab on your number field, set it to currency and then select a custom setting, you can setup your seperators and decimal places and your custom currency symbol. Otherwise it defaults to the users regional settings.
