Hello,

This is regarding “Normal.dot” file issue

I am generating the word files more than one (one after another) through lotus script . when I close the file for the first time I am not getting “Normal.dot” message, but for the next document onwards when I close any word document then I am getting the message "Normal.dot file exist Do you want to overwright "

please give any solution for this. very urgent. Any solutions will be appreciable. Thanks

Are you creating your document using any template which has some VBA macro?

If you make any changes to the word environment (toolbars, acl, etc.) it would prompt for saving Normal.dot…
