Regarding POPup's in Inbox

Hi,

I am new to this Lotus Forms. I am facing some problem here. when any new mail comes to my mailbox it doesnot come in red color. so i am unable to find difference in read or unread mails.

I am expecting a great help from this group.

Subject: Regarding POPup’s in Inbox

From the database having the problem:File>Database>Properties

Click on the LAST tab (Advanced)

The FIRST item is “Don’t maintain Unread Marks”. If this item is checked, the database will act as you describe. Deselect this item, and you should be fine.
