Regarding filed( set field)

HII am using a form it contains a field called xyz. while saving it gets a window asking whether he wants to work o nthe same form again.if i am clicking yes ,i have to set the same name in xyz field .Can anyone help?

iam using a form in which it contains a field of type dialog list . field contains the name of theperson who is going to fil lthat form.Once save button is clicked it wil lask whether he wants to work o nthe same form again. If so,that same form as to open once again.So i need that field should automatically updated with the previous nameThanks In advance
