Hi,
I would like to rephrase what i am trying to do. I intend to create a set of action buttons :
eg. Requestor Send; Admin Send; Buyer Send; Manager Send…etc
Under such sequence, requestor will fill in a form, and then
press the Requestor Send action button to send to Admin,
thereafter Admin personnel will receive a form WITHOUT
Requestor Send action button, fill in the intended portion of the
form and click on Admin Send, Buyer will then receive a form
WITHOUT both Requestor Send and Admin Send buttons… Hopefully it is clearer than what i have written earlier on. So in order to do that, what should i do to hide the action button?
Thanx
Best Regards,
Hengshi
Subject: Regarding about hiding action button
Would suggest a hidden status field. When the doc is created it’s value should be “Requestor”. When the requestor clicks on the Requestor Send button the value of the field should be set to “Admin”. When the Admin clicks on the Admin Send button the value should be set to “Buyer” and so on.
Now you need hide-when formulas for each button. Easiest way is to use != e.g. the hide when formula for the Requestor Send button should be Status!=“Requestor”, For the Admin send button, Status!=“Admin” and so on.
Should give you a starting point.

Subject: Regarding about hiding action button
Hi,
if i used the following formula in the action formula window, would this work?
@If(@IsMember(“employeeName”;@UserNamesList))
