Hello everyone,
I’m very new to Lotus Notes, so this is probably a very simple/nooby question.
Is there a button (or anything) in Lotus Notes where I can refresh my emails so that it will check if I received any emails? Or is there an option availeble for me to set the automatic refresh time?
Thanks very much.

You can hit the F9 key, while in your inbox, and this will refresh the inbox. Also, if you click on Filie/Preferance/User Preferances a new box will open. Click on Mail on the L-hand side and there’s an option to check for new mail every x minutes.

Are you looking at you mail via a local replica or on the server? Local replicas are updated on what is called a “replication schedule” which is set in your location document. (file - mobile - edit current location)
If you want to check for new mail manually, you can do so via the QuickPick menu:
