Refreshing an HTML Field on a Document Refresh

On a page, I’ve added an HTML select list with the following code:

is computed text with a formula that

determines which choices are listed. These choices are contained inside an tagset.

Is there a means of refreshing these choices on a document refresh as can be done with a Notes field?
