Hey All,
I have a hide/when that uses a group membership look-up like this.
REM{(Status!=“Ordered” & Status!=“Invoiced”)};
!(@IsMember( “InvProdReceiver” ; @UserNamesList))
So, if your not in the group, the button is not present in the form action bar. If you are in the group, you get the button.
It works fine except one minor detail.
If I add or remove a group member I have to wait for the nightly processes in order for this look-up to work correctly.
Can anyone direct me to a console command or admin client action that will refresh the server group membership?
Thanks,
Shawn

Did you try to open the names.nsf on the server and update all views indexes (ctrl+Shift+F9)? - this sounds like an old bug from the R5 days.
Or at least update the index for the $users and $groups views in the names.nsf using shift+F9.

Thanks Tom,
That did the trick.
I assume ‘load updall names.nsf’ @ the console would rebuild the indexes as well?
I also had to close/open the client in order for it to get the formula to hide the button.
Thanks for the point!
Cheers,
Shawn
