I’ve done some design changes to our mail6.ntf master template (added several forms and rewrote the form formula in the ($Inbox) folder).
Now I would like to propagate these changes to all the databases that were created with this master template (dB’s which inherit design from the master template).
I don’t want to wait until the server perform it’s server task overnight. I would like to know how to push these design changes to all the associated db’s. Can this be done from the server console.
If all the database are of the same master template then yes “load design”. You can give the directory name if all are within a specific directory (like mail).
I would not that just because you change the formula of a folder (which is what the $inbox) does not guarantee the selection formula will work.
In my experiences when I have put document in a folder there are there regardless of the selection formula.
