I am trying to refine my search for the web but the results that I getting is inconsistent.
The problem I’m having is that when I search for the word CLOSE, it returns all the CLOSE documents but when I search for the word OPEN, it returns both OPEN and CLOSE documents.
On the form, there’s a radio button that hold these two values and the initial value is “OPEN”.
Wondering if anyone know what could be causing the inconsistency?
