Another issue that recently came up is that requests to ‘site.com’ be redirected to ‘www.site.com’ - with a 301 redirect. Searched and found more or less my exact issue here:
https://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/dominowiki.nsf/dx/Domino_301_redirect_for_site.com-www.site.com_improve_your_search_ranking?open https://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/dominowiki.nsf/dx/Domino_301_redirect_for_site.com-www.site.com_improve_your_search_ranking?open
However, this is not working for me at 9.0.1FP6 - i’m assuming that since I’m redirecting all TCP requests to SSL already, and I only have one IP set up, that all requests are already being handled by the ‘www.site.com’ server.
Has anyone run across this issue and have a suggestion?
I’m contemplating turning off ‘Redirect TCP to SSL’ - to see if I can test this, but it seems (without testing) that even if this did resolve http: requests to site.com, any https: request to site.com would still fail to be redirected.
Or am i missing something really obvious?
Thanks!
