Redirect to nearest server

Hello,

we have employees worldwide and we plan to set up a website which will be accessed by employees worldwide. The plan is to host that website on servers in different regions.

How can I manage that the system recognizes on the IP address of the user and redirects the user to the nearest server in the region?

Subject: routers, DNS, etc.

That would be something more in the routers/DNS realm. Not a Domino function, since they are using browser, not Domino clients.
