We have an issue where intermittently we seem to lose touch with the temp folder, insofar as when we attach documents from a browser to a RTField, the attachment does not get to the document. Also we have an agent that writes a text file to the disk but it creates it with 000 permissions (owner and group are correct).
to rectify this we do a “restart server” from the console and both issues dissappear until the next time (2 - 3 days).
We run 6.5.1 on Redhat AS2.1
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
