One of my users gets a red x in the message area when he replies to or creates a new message. He is unable to enter any text in the message area.
He has IE 6 and we have removed any pop-up blockers.
Thanks,
Jim

There is a graphic file that is not loading. If you right click on the red “X” then select properties, you will see the source of the graphic. My guess is that you user selected an HTML/jpg/gif signature, but then deleted or moved the file. Remove the “add signature” from the users preferences (or point to the proper file locaiton) and the problem should dissapear.

Tony:
I checked the user’s preferences, and there is no signature. Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks,
Jim
