Great to get the Red Unreads back, but mine keep changing to Bold Red (the frame is fully expanded to show only one line. Red and Bold is way too ‘heavy’.
To release it back to Plain Red you need to toggle Black Bold on and off a few times. Has anyone else experienced this?
Subject: 8.5.1 and unread is BOLD red not normal red
Same problem here. I can’t figure out what is triggering the change to red-bold. I’ve only gotten it to switch back to the proper red-normal by switching back to black-bold, restarting the client, and then changing the preference back to red-normal.

We are also experiencing this. We are setting text to “plain red” and when you launch the client, it is usually correct, but if you change screens it turns to bold red. Very annoying.
