Hello,
I have encountered a problem when using notes client.The scenario is that red box pop up when users trying to open email messages.The error message contains: OS vblock Addr: Bad Vblock Handle [F010\478D].After that notes client hangs and need to reboot.They can open the same email again without red box pop up afterwards.
Also when they try to forward or reply the message with attachment, the recipients can receive the message but no attachments along with.Domino and notes clients are of version 6.0.2 CF1. clients are using XP/Win2k with SP and security fixes installed.
Do anyone know the reasons behind this and how to solve this problem?
