We keep getting the error “OSVBlockAddrr Bad Vblock Handle(0/0)” and then Notes crashes. Can anybody suggest some solution for this?

Try to Compact and fixup the Desktop6.NDK or replace it. Make a backup before replacing the desktop6.NDK.
Delete the Cache.NDK
To run Maintenance on the existing desktop6.NDK:
Down the Lotus Notes Clients.
Open command prompt and enter from the Notes program directory.
nfixup desktop6.NDK
ncompact desktop6.NDK
nupdall -R desktop6.NDK
Restart Notes client and test.
