Recovering from a disk crash

I have just had a massive raid failure - and though i have all the applications/databases and all the user/server/cert ids, i cannot just restore the server.

i have created a “new” server with the cert admin and server id i have saved… i have the names of all my users and passwords and id’s what mechanism do i use to re-import the id files… or do i just create the same name users and do not create id files?

i AM currently reading up on this but have not been able to work out exactly what to do…

If you had to build a new server- you would install the domino server software- this will create a data directory underneath the domino directory. You will put the server id in that directory, the backed up names.nsf, and start server setup. It will see the existing server ID and use it, the existing Names.nsf & use it- and voila, you are up and running.
