I was wondering if some free applications or tools can be used to clean the history of a bookmark.nsf to reduce the size and also to recover all specific configuration such as smarticons in case of corruption of this nsf file.
We use Ln 6.5.5 on a xp environement.

Subject: Recover and clean Corrupt Bookmark.nsf
close notes & go to data folder & then run"ncompact bookmarks.nsf -c -i -D"
if this recovers ur bookmark. If yes then u can create a view in bookmark to show all docs by column size, $Title and $SourceDBPath & then delete entries from there that are not needed (sort by size)
after this run compact again with -c -i -D to recover back space
