Recording of responses from a hotspot button in a XL file

Hi,Using the “create hotspot button” option I create two

buttons “YES” and “NO” in a new memo

Now when this is sent to a reciever and the reciever selects either “YES” or “NO” button .

Can this selection (YES/NO) be recorded and updated in some XL file along with the reciever’s name

Could this XL file be made available to the sender or still better if the XL file at the users end could be updated

This would help him track the recievers who have selected YES and the others who have selected NO

Please let me know if anyone in this forum has a way to solve this
