Reciving new mails in Black color instead of Red

One of our remote user is recieving his mails in black color instead of RED.He is having Local copy and replicating it with remote server.When i tried to open his mailbox directly from server.There,New mails comes in RED color.

This problem is only on Local Mailbox copy.

Also tried by replacing R6 design on Local Copy.But nothing worked.

Pls suggest something.

In the database properties, last tab, what are the options for replicating unread marks set to?

it is set never

You will need to change that. To one of the choices: “All Servers”, or “Clustered Servers only” depending on your environment.
