Hiwhen users id’s are coming up to expiry they reveive an email with instructions on how to get their id file recertified.
Typically they go into actions, etc, which eventually leads to a dialog box with a message to send their email id file to the administrator.
But the send to field contains the name of a person long since left the business.
Can anyone point me to where, or how, I can change this name?
I’m guessing it’s buried somewhere in the org or org unit certifiers but I cant find where.

Subject: Try this…
I think it is stored in the Certifier document under Security, Certificates, Notes Certifiers in Domino Directory.
You should probably not have a person listed as certifier, but either a generic Administrator account or a group.

the info in there has carried forward from our initial R4 setup somewhere in the mid 1990’s
just to qualify for anyone who follows
in domino admin go into people and groups tab
expand the directory
expand the public address book
select certifcates
expand notes certifiers
expand your organisation name
select the certifier
select edit certifier
select the contact information tab
clear or change the name in other mail address field
save and close
