I have re certified many users whose IDs are going to be expired in 90days. Now, in the expired certificate view, there is no user under the in 90 days view. But why i still got mails from some users “My ID is attached. Please certify it and send it back to me by using the Actions menu “Certify Attached ID File…” option” .
Could you tell me the why and how should I do? Thank you.
