How is the Recent Contacts list built? By this I mean, does it only pull from your active email application or does it also pull entries from your archived email application?
My users are seeing email addresses pop-up that have been changed in their Contacts app, but were valid years ago.
If this is the case, is there a way to narrow the source down to just the active email app or even better only collect email addresses from emails received/created after a certain date.
