Recent Contacts

Hello,

the Notes Client of one customer has the problem, that recent contacts is not working. The Client does not collect the recent contacts altough it is enabled in the addressbook settings. For all other customers the functionality works properly. We have no policy to restrict the functionality. Replacing the design did not resolve the problem. How ist the functionality working to collect recent contacts? Is is a agent in the addressbook? Or is it a functionality in the mail applicaton? How can I solve the problem?
