Normally if any user goes to leave for a long period , then in our organization we will enable auto forwarding option to his/her mail box to different user for whom they will handover the role before going on leave , once they comeback form their leave , we will remove auto forwarding option from server end .Even after removing auto forwarding option from server they will not be able to receive mails properly and by default those mails will be getting forwarded to the same person again due to this recent contacts , hence we want to implement batch file which we have created to delete recent contacts from all user’s machine to the server so that all recent contact stored in client machines should get deleted automatically without affecting server address book .
