We have a lot of e-mail notifications for work flow and have run into an issue. As an example, John Smith submits a form for approval and Amy Smith is to receive the e-mail. If John has e-mailed Amy and her address is in John’s recent contacts the e-mail notification will fail. It appreas since Amy’s address is in the company address book and John’s recent contacts Notes cannot determine which address to use. Even though they are the same. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

It’s more likely that there are multiple addresses for Amy in his recent contacts. But yes, this is an issue and why recent contacts should be turned off imo
