Can i recall a message sent by some other person as an Administrator?(without opening his mail file)
And how do i enable message recall option in iNotes?

This functionality is not available in Domino 8.5, so we use a 3rd party tool called TOTAL Recall to allow the Help Desk or Domino Administrator to recall a message sent from a user’s mailbox.

Again, that’s another great idea in my opinion, but I don’t believe that functionality currently exists.
Subject: More - recall “outside” messages
To add to this wishlist, working with a customer who’s requested the ability to recall messages NOT created by an internal Notes user.
Whether it be spam that’s truly from the outside world, or a machine-generated message they want to recall (their ERP system sends out notifications periodically and they might want to retract), they’d like the ability to do an administrator-based recall of messages not necessarily created internally …
