While creating a field, in the field properties in “Paragraph Alignment” tab at the bottom “Reading Order” is visible.
This functionality of setting a reading order for a field is available inside designer client only if in the User Preferences following property has been set. Go to International > Bi-directional and enable “Support right to left languages”. If this property is disbaled then while creating a field, in the field properties in “Paragraph Alignment” tab at the bottom “Reading Order” will be hidden.
This applies for Lotus Notes 7 as well.
