Please help me!

How do i read a ‘names.nsf’ file from notes 6 on a notes 5 client?

The Error was ’ NSF File not compatible’

Please HElp!!

this is an ODS issue. You need to get the Notes 6 (ODS 43) file on to a Domino 6 server, and do a compat -R to revert it to R5 ODS (41)

but if you can get it on to a Domini 6 Server, then any Client can read it as the ODS is irrelevant form Client to Server. Then just take a new Replica/Copy.

I am not sure if using a ND6 Client to take a new Replica/copy and naming it NS5 will work, I suspect not.

You need to save the file using a notes 6 client, using extension ns5 instead of nsf.
