I have a main document that has readers field and attachments. The attachments are inherited in a response form. If the user is not in the readers field of the main form, can the user open the attachment on the response form?

If this is done using the form property to inherit the original document (parent) into the new document (response), the attachments are not really inherited, I think. They are just referenced, so users will not be able to open them.
