Boss delegates his notes mail box to his Sec., after Sec. saw a mail, it is marked as read in Boss’s mail-box, actually Boss’s mailbox was show read, but his boss not read this mail.
Please help to fixed, user try to del cache but still not fix.

If I understand correctly,
** The Sec reads the mail with his/her id and the mail appears read for the SEC.
If the Boss then opens his mail database with his id, the mail should appear as unread (black).
If this is the case, notes is working as designed. Unread marks are maintained on a per user basis.

Sorry about that, I means:

As I said in my previous post, Notes is working as designed.
It seems that the boss and his secretary should develop a “working process”. Something like the following:

Any mail read by the secretary and dealt with should be placed in a separate folder in the boss’s mail db.
-
Any mail that the boss needs to deal with, and/or not dealt with by the secretary remains in the inbox.
