Read mails disappear from inbox to All Doc's

Hi All I have a user when he opens a mail in his inbox and closes it, it moves from the inbox directly to All Documents any suggestions???

That’s an easy one. Click on the button next to the Tools button to View All mails instead of only the unread mails.
