I got a problem with a user where the already read mails again apprear as unread… I have tried a design replace and fixup which resolved the problem for a day but still same problem reappearing again. Is there something to check on this

Subject: Replication settings
Does the user access mails from different replicas (local, servers)? If so enable “Replicate Unread marks on all servers” in database properties tab.
