and we are unable to read it
any setting or tool need to install on client

Perhaps you need the Teach Yourself Hindi Complete Course?
Otherwise, it sounds like you may have a font issue, and if you use your user preferences to select a “default multilingual” font that includes the characters in the message, you should not have a problem.
