I have a user who, when reading new doc from ibox, the docs leave the inbox and can only be viewed from all docs. I have rebuild views, fixup, compact and even made a local copy and copy up to server. This worked ok for about 20 minutes and then started again. I have just upgraded the user to 6.5.1 and it still is happening.

with mine i have the choices available to me under show, just like everybody else. yes this is strange

What is the users access level?

Don’t use the choice on the menu. There is a button at the top of the inbox view. When it is toggled to view unread, it grays out all choices under show.
