Hi,My users are having a problem when archiving e-mail. The archive settings are fine since they are able to archive manually. It is only when they choose Actions - Archive - Archive Now that they all get thi error: ‘Notes error: Document is not signed’. We do not have any policy settings on the server (also R6) side for archiving or anything else.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try checking the option Server Enabled in the Archive Profile settings. If it is set to “no”, Archive Now is a server process and will not run.
