Re-enabling Out Of Office agents in script

Is there any way to re-enable users’ Out Of Office agents in script (from an agent running on the server)?

We did a design/replace (load convert) after changing the mail template OOO agent interval and it disabled all the enabled agents (found out too late that this is ‘working as designed’!)

I was thinking of something along the lines of creating an ‘Out Of Office’ ID and somehow signing the agents with it after enabling them, but can’t find a good way to do it.

Unfortunately setting the ‘Run On Behalf Of’ property effectively corrupts the agent in R4 until it is removed.

Any help very gratefully received. . .

We had similar problem here. Plus, out users we’re not able to activate their OOO agent.

We did a script to scan all our mail dbs and did what IBM suggest in this technote

Out of Office Agent Disabled in Single Copy Template 6.x Mail File Everytime Design Task Runs

Lotus Notes > Lotus Notes > Version 6.5.3, 6.5.2, 6.5.1, 6.5, 6.0.4, 6.0.3, 6.0.2 CF2, 6.0.2 CF1, 6.0.1, 6.0

Thanks, but this doesn’t apply to us, all the affected users are on a non-SCT R4 template.
