In a database we developed we are running into a situation I cannot figure out, and I am hoping some in this forum can help us out. If I go into the database (accessed through the Web) and successively open then leave documents (I leave documents by clicking the button on the browser), I get prompted to re-authenticate after I open and leave the 20th document.
The only consistency I can find between the documents is that it always happens with the 20th document. Here is what I have checked so far:
-
Not all of the documents run an agent in the WebQueryOpen event.
-
It is not happening on all databases on the server (I can successively open then leave docs in the Notes Log without a problem
-
It is not happening to all documents in the database.
-
If a stay within the current web session and go back to the 20 documents I had open and left previously, the problem does not occur. It only happen with documents that have not been previously opened.
-
If I exit out of IE then go back into the database (a new session), I can go back to those 20 documents I had opened and left, and the problem returns.
-
Tried adjusting the Max Concurrent Transactions, but did not work.
I believe it may have something to do with Session Authentication in combination with a design element. If I disable Session Authentication , the problem goes away. If I set it back to “Single Server” the problem returns.
I would appreciate any help that you may have. Thank-you for you time.
